Terms and Conditions

We, the “Coalition” are a non-profit group dedicated to “Protecting the Rights of Recreational Boaters through Organization, Education and Action”. Please consider your registration as a request to join our group of boat enthusiasts in opposition to any further unnecessary Oregon State Marine Board regulation of our waterways statewide. In signing up for the “Coalition”, there is no monetary obligation, however, it is possible that we may solicit donations from members if the need for legal or political action is a direction the membership decides to take. With your registration you will receive ongoing communication about happenings of concern, and a forum to voice issues or ideas that the “Coalition” should consider. This is our opportunity to have a greater voice in protecting our rights as Oregon boaters.

Your registration for the Boaters' Rights Coalition of Oregon is your agreement to be included as a petitioner for any actions with which the Coalition becomes involved.
